Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) President Maulana Fazl ur Rehman said on Sunday that the current government does not have the mandate to make any amendment to the constitution.
As per details, Maulan Fazl ur Rehman said yesterday that the current fake parliament has no mandate to amend the constitution. Amendment to the constitution from such fake parliament is sheer injustice, he said.
While talking to the journalists, he said that general public is being represented neither in federation nor in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Current parliament is not the representative of the public of Pakistan, he added. In KPK, he said that PTI was given the mandate of JUI-F in a fraudulent way.
Responding to a journalist’s question, Maulana said that he considers it a disgrace to comment on the statement of KPK CM Ali Amin Gandapur.
He further said that Ali Amin’s statement is not good for the country. This statement shows that CM Gandapur is inexperienced.
I cannot support any such statement that can cause a rift between the two provinces or between a province and the state, he added.
It is important to mention here that late on Saturday night, CM Ali Amin Gandapur had announced the revolution and told the institutions not to interfere in the fight between PTI and the current government.
