DGISPR: Pakistan neutralizes 12 Indian drones

Director General (DG) of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry confirmed Pakistan’s armed forces successfully neutralized 12 Indian.

As per details, Director General (DG)  of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, during media briefing confirmed that Pakistan’s armed forces successfully neutralized 12 Indian Herap drones in response to a large-scale infiltration attempt on May 7 and 8.

He stated that India once again carried out a blatant act of military aggression by sending spy drones into Pakistani airspace at multiple locations.

The drones were intercepted and shot down in various areas including Lahore, Attock, Gujranwala, Chakwal, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Miano, Chhor, and near Karachi.

Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif added that Pakistan’s armed forces were on a high state of alert and acted swiftly to defend the country’s sovereignty.

In the Lahore incident, four Pakistan Army soldiers were injured when one of the drones targeted a sensitive area.

Fortunately, no civilian casualties have been reported so far.

The DG ISPR condemned the repeated Indian provocations and warned that such actions pose a serious threat to regional peace and security.

It is worth mentioning that Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to defending its territory and emphasized that the armed forces remain fully prepared to respond to any future aggression.
