Maryam slams Gandapur for bad language; vows to safeguard Punjab at any cost

Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz criticized Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur’s actions in Punjab on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 in Faisalabad.

As per details, Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz slammed KPK CM Ali Amin Gandapur at the inaugural ceremony of the ‘Agriculture Graduates Internship Programme’ at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF).

While addressing the audience, Maryam Nawaz said that KPK CM Ali Amin Gandapur belongs to a political party that encourages the masses to grab weapons, set fire to metro stations, break the doors, burn the vehicles of the Punjab Police, burn the green belts, and attack the martyrs’ memorials. Whichever party you belong to; the martyrs in Pakistan are not divided into the parties, they are martyrs and we are proud of them, she added.

Maryum Nawaz further said that Ali Amin Gandapur himself attacked the Punjab province, brought his army, waved AK-47 in the air, and broke the glasses of a poor man’s vehicle.

She said that she had never told anyone to go out and set fire in the surroundings. She also said Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) was not ready to take the responsibility of the young men who were jailed due to the cases of May 9 incident. She further said that PTI leaders’ children live abroad and they think that the children in Punjab are of a lesser god.

When the CM of a province comes out and talks ill about the women in a meeting and expresses bad words for them, what he is teaching to the children of the nation particularly boys, she added.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz also said that she was actually trying to control the crime rate in Punjab and would never let anyone disturb the peace of her province at any cost.
