Khayber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur announced ‘revolution’ in his speech aired on the national media on late Saturday night.
As per details, CM Ali Amin Gandapur while addressing the Pakistani nation, the government and its allied parties and the institutions of Pakistan, announced ‘revolution’ against the cruelties of the government.
In his address, CM Gandapur said, “I am talking to the nation, the PDM parties, form 47 government and all the institutions of the country. Earlier, they disrespected us, hurt our privacy but we did not respond in courtesy. Today, they are opening fire on us. Two of our workers are shot with gunfire and one is missing. Our 50 workers are hurt due to the shelling. After entering Punjab, they opened fire on us after the distance of every three kilometers. All the provinces, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan belong to us. I congratulate the people of Rawalpindi division and KPK for not getting back. Many policemen were caught by us but we let them go. Those policemen should come forward and tell that we let them go out of courtesy. Now, if someone fires, we shall also fire. If they fire one bullet, we shall respond with 10 bullets. All the tribes are with us. I ask all of them to get together and hold jirgas to decide about their fate. If somebody thinks of hitting us, we shall also hit back. This is not a threat. It’s the last warning. I want to tell all the institutions of Pakistan that if you cannot hear the voice of your nation. If you cannot respect the opinion of your nation, don’t interfere and let the public decide about its fate. Let political parties decide the political things in the country and then see what happens. I am formally announcing revolution today because don’t have any other option now. We have shown much courtesy. It’s over now.”
It is important to mention here that CM Gandapur addressed the nation after he had to return to KPK without participating in the PTI’s rally in Rawalpindi due to the shelling and baton ordered by the Punjab government.
