Pakistan, Saudi Arabia pledge stronger economic ties at high-level meeting in Riyad

Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif met Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman as (PM) is on an official visit to Saudia Arabia for participation in the ‘One Water Summit’.

As per details, PM Shehbaz Sharif is on an official visit to Saudi Arabia to participate in the ‘One Water Summit’. During his official visit, he met Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman to discuss the mutual trade and investment relationship between the countries.

During the meeting, both leaders agreed to bring an active change in economic relations. However, both leaders show satisfaction over progress and working over the already signed MoUs between the states.

PM office posted a statement on social media stating that ‘ frequent high-level exchanges between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are paving the way for mutually beneficial economic cooperation between the two countries’. It is a pleasure and honor to meet with his brother, the Saudi Crown Prince on the sidelines of the One Water Summit in Riyadh. We reaffirmed our strong brotherly ties and discussed ways to further enhance our cooperation in trade and investment’.

It is worth mentioning that Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman expresses his desire to visit Pakistan soon.
