Ahsan Ali Ashraf successfully completes his PhD in business management

Dr. Ahsan Ali Ashraf has completed his PhD in Business Management. The PhD public Defense was held on March 17, 2021 at National College of Business Administration and Economics (NCBA&E), Lahore, Pakistan. The topic of the research thesis was “Workplace Bullying and Job Stress Relationship: The Role of Risk Factors and Coping Strategies”.

The thesis was supervised by Prof. Dr. Alia Ahmed, Dean School of Business Administration, NCBA&E. She appreciated Ahsan’s work and said that this research has touched an important issue at the workplace and provides important new evidence and insight of the field. His thesis is an outstanding contribution to the scientific field and contributes more than what is required of a PhD.

The foreign referees for thesis evaluation were Dr. Francesca Dal Mas, Professor Department of Business, University of Lincoln, Brayford Way, Brayford Pool, United Kingdom and Dr. Muhammad Fareed, Professor at Department of Business Management, University Utara Malaysia.

Both foreign evaluators appreciated the research work and asserted in reports that the researcher has selected an important topic. The Public defense was attended by the Dr. Saif Maqbool, Dr Ishfaq Ahmed, Dr. Alia Ahmed, Dr. Naveed Ahmed, Dr. Umar Farooq, Faculty members, eminent scholars and students of the department.
