Pak-Russia special forces drill starts at Tarbela: DG ISPR

Joint counter terrorism exercise of two weeks of Pakistan and Russian Federation Special Forces (RFSF) named as DRUZHBA-V started at Tarbela on Sunday.

According to the details, Inter Services Public Relations Director General (DG, ISPR), Major General Babar Iftikhar tweeted that special forces of Pakistan and Russian Federation were taking part in two weeks long counter terrorism exercise.

He also wrote that senior officers of Pakistani and Russian armies attended the event where, at the start of the ceremony, National anthems of both the countries were played.

He further wrote that Russian ambassador to Pakistan Danila Ganich also joined the ceremony.
